A Place of No Coming Back

Take me to the place where I will watch your eyes set like the evening sun--cloudy at first and then tempestuous, eager to drown me in it's stormy seas.

Standing in the middle of your heart like a forbidden fruit overripe with years of waiting for you, now stretch forth those rocky palms and pluck my keen softness and squeeze and squeeze, until the juices flow and soften the garden of Eden,
so you can plant your feet and the warm soil will receive with a suddenness like the gasp of one pierced by a thorn.

With the rhythm of a lone bird singing in the forest, we will tread this paradise created with nothing but what we share.
Then, like the breaking of a tropical fruit, we mount higher and higher-- streams of sweat navigating through your mountain chests, forming a craving deep within the core of our souls.

And you take me with you,
clasped like a mother and her unborn baby, we drive into the skies untill we see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing.
The calmness settled over us , clear as the day after a horrendous rain.
Take me to the place where there is no coming back.
